We’re pretty confident you’ll be blessed. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFasting encourages us\, as believers\, to connect with and grow closer to God. Just as it was with Daniel\, keeping a diet that cares for the body is part of our obedience to God.
